Template Overview
This template is designed to help you set clear, actionable goals for the year and break them down into achievable steps by quarters and months. Here's how to use it:
Step 1: Define Your Annual Goals
At the 2025 Goals section top of the template, identify the key goals you want to achieve in 2025. Think big—these are your overarching priorities for the year.
- Example: Launch a new business, get into shape, or save for a dream vacation.
Step 2: Allocate Goals by Quarter
Once your annual goals are set, assign them to specific quarters (Q1-Q4) based on when you want to focus on them.
- Use the Quarterly Viewto visualize how your goals are spread across the year.
- Adjust and balance your goals to avoid overwhelming any single quarter. (You can easly do so by drag-and-drop)
Step 3: Break Down Goals into Monthly Plans
Within each quarter, break your goals into smaller milestones and assign them to specific months.
- Use the Quaterly Breakdown section ****to detail the steps needed to achieve your quarterly goals.
- Example: If your Q1 goal is to lose weight, assign "Create a workout plan" to January, "Build workout consistency" to February, and "Track progress" to March.
Step 4: Track and Adjust
The Monthly View for each quater provides a summarized layout to see all your planned tasks for each month.
